Founder & Director of Programming - Givanni Binger
Givanni Binger also know as Gene One , is an Artist, Program Coordinator , & Facilitator , from Rexdale . He began his start in community work by mentoring young artists and musicians,organizing community events / creating platforms, & painting commission murals for local businesses & community centers.
Over the last 10 years, With a focus & expertise on Program Facilitation, Planning & Development, & Community Engagement through means of outreach , he has developed curriculum and lead hundreds of programs for youth in BIPOC/ Marginalized communities in a diverse range of safe spaces including Toronto's Public Libraries , Community Centers , Youth Shelters and Detention Centers, TDSB and GTA Schools , CAMH & Etobicoke General working with Inpatients & Outpatients , Remote first Nations Communities , & The University of Toronto , allowing collaboration with local non profits as well as starting his own Youth Arts focused initiative “Reeword”.
Being from and residing in the North Etobicoke community , Givanni brings a keen sense of comprehension of local culture , and is a representative voice & advocate.

Director of Digital Art Programs- Micheal Le
Michael Lé, also known as Indoléstic, is a Vietnamese-Canadian artist based in Toronto. His work mixes technology and creativity, and he finds inspiration in pop culture, digital aesthetics, and how urban life, nature, and the online world all connect. He's interested in the complexities of modern society and how bits of information and experiences shape our understanding. Michael has over 10 years of experience in the creative industry. He's guided and supported many artists and creatives, helping them bring their projects to life.

Director of Mural Art Programs- Sean Hesitro
Sean Hesitro Fresh , Also know as Heist , Is an Artist & Entrepreneur from Toronto.
A true pioneer in Toronto’s graffiti and mural arts scene, Sean Heist has been a driving force in preserving and advancing urban art culture for over 25 years. As the owner of one of Toronto’s largest art supply stores,The Toronto Collective, Sean has not only provided materials to countless artists, but has also cultivated a thriving community of muralists, graffiti writers, and creatives from across North America.
Throughout his career, Sean has worked alongside some of the most respected mural and graffiti artists in North America, helping to shape Toronto's visual landscape with large-scale public art projects. His deep knowledge of letter structure, spray techniques, and taste for professional urban artistry has made him a respected mentor and advocate for the next generation of street artists.

Director of Beat Production Programs - Quacey Williams
Quacey Williams , Also known as Kwace , Is a Music Producer/ Audio Engineer based in toronto. Over the years he has contributed to the careers of various artists within many genres of music in locally and internationally , and has been an architect in key creative circles , including owning and operating multiple recording studios.
More recently co founder of the Cookhouse in South Etobicoke , spending time curating among other fronts, hes built his signature sound through his distinct production & audio engineering process allowing a transfer of skill sets to mentees in his circle .
He became an arts facilitator after discovering the need for good mentors who are able to communicate and relate with youth. By collaborating with the founder of Reeword and longtime friend Givanni Binger , he got his beginnings in arts facilitation by leading and co-facilitating beat production workshops in Toronto’s Libraries and Tropicana Community Center among others.

Director of Audio Production Programs
Mike Miller, also known as MuzikbyMillz is a Professional Audio Engineer and Music Producer and has been a part of Toronto's music scene for over a decade. Being the founder of various recording studios in the GTA , he has been a leader in movements by giving local artists safe, private spaces to call home and thrive creatively while channeling positive energy.
By utilizing some of the best industry standard equipment and cultivating spaces from the ground up , Millz has become a mentor to many who he brings in under his wing and has accelerated the careers of countless producers , artists , and engineers by hosting them in his spaces and motivating them by supplying high level production to create products that represent the positive sounds of our city.
As someone who works with youth on a daily basis, Millz experience with communicating to our young people extends far beyond just mentorship in music , and when teaching skill sets where engagement is the most necessary component he is able to allow students and mentees to grasp concepts with comfort & ease.
